We took that idea and made it year-round, independent, and free from the influence of studios, publishers, or algorithms.
FYC exists because the abundance of content has created a paradox: the more there is to watch, read, and listen to, the harder it is to find what actually matters. Streaming queues overflow. Reading lists grow faster than they shrink. The things that would genuinely move you get buried under what the algorithm wants you to see.
We are the antidote. Every recommendation on FYC has been personally watched, read, or listened to - then reflected on before it earns a place here. We do not aggregate ratings or scrape reviews.
